DTS agents and managers in CA ITCM are managed by configuration policies. A configuration policy is a set of parameters that govern how a particular component behaves. Configuration policies in CA ITCM can be viewed and modified from the Control Panel, Configuration, Configuration Policy, Default Computer Policy, DSM node in the DSM Explorer tree.
