Reason:
A DSM component has attempted to perform a link between two objects but the linkage has failed because the requested object is already linked. This may result in your DSM installation failing to behave as expected.
Action:
Please check the request that was issued or try unlinking then re-linking the requested object. Alternatively, if this is unexpected behavior, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
