Reason:
The DSM common manager has experienced an error while retrieving data from the database. This may cause your DSM installation to function incorrectly. Your DSM installation may be damaged.
Action:
Repair the DSM software from the Windows Add/Remove Programs feature. If the problem persists, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
