Reason:
An error has occurred in the DSM manager when trying to read or manipulate XML. This may indicate that parts of your DSM installation are incompatible or damaged.
Action:
Repair the DSM software from the Windows Add/Remove Programs feature. If the problem persists, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
