The replay cannot be started, because the header of the file [set the File Name variable] cannot be read.

Check the file is valid and has not been corrupted.

Reason:

The Remote Control replayer can read the information at the start of the file but cannot understand it. The file may have been damaged or is not a replayer file.

Action:

Check that the file you want to replay is actually a Remote Control replayer file. If it is, ask your administrator if it can be recovered from a backup.
