Reason:
The DSM r11 version of Remote Control can use unified logon to connect to the r11 version of the host running on the remote computer. Remote Control v6.0 does not support this. Unified logon means that the viewer can use your existing logon credentials on the remote, so that you do not have to enter your password when connecting.
Action:
Enter a user name and password suitable for the remote computer.
