Reason:
The install script generates this error during a Software Delivery manager upgrade. Upgrade should only be used to upgrade an installation from a previous release level. In this case, upgrade has detected that the database has been created by some unknown release of Software Delivery. The fact that the release is unknown suggests that the database may have been created or upgraded during the installation of a later version of Software Delivery.
Action:
Ensure that the correct installation scripts for the installed software are being used.
