Reason:
In order to write to the temporary location, the environment variable TEMP must be set.
This message is generated for a package that was created with Install Shield as a "standard" MSI package. The error code was received from setup.exe.
Action:
Verify that Temp folder exists and has enough disk space to accommodate the setup. If there are files in the Temp folder, delete them and rerun setup.exe.
Check the output tab for the job. To get extended logging, the box Verbose output should be checked for Log Level in the Options tab in the Embedded file tab of the procedure used. If that is not the case, unseal the software, check the box Verbose output for the relevant procedure and seal the software; or, create a new procedure, using Based On, with the Verbose output box checked.
