Reason:
A request was sent to the manager but the reply was incomprehensible. The message could be garbled because of network problems or truncated if this computer or the manager is running an outdated version of the CA Message communications system (CAM).
Action:
Retry the operation. If the error recurs, check that this computer and the manager are running CAM Version 1.11 or higher. The CAM version can be checked using the "camstat" program from a command prompt.
