Reason:
The creation of a new activated installation failed. Another user had just created it for this computer.
Action:
Click the Refresh button or press the F5 key to see the affected installation. If this installation is in the activated, pending or installing state, stop it or abort it. Possibly you will have to wait until the installation is in the stopped or failed state. If the installation is in the stopped or failed state, delete it. Activate the original installation.
