Reason:
The maximum length of a computer name that can be stored in the database is 128 characters. Some non-ASCII characters can occupy two or more bytes. If such characters are present, the maximum string length is less than 128 characters.
Action:
Reduce the number of characters in computer name field and retry the operation.
