Reason:
An error occurred when the installation package should have opened.
Action:
Verify that the package exists and that you can access it. Otherwise, contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package. Note that in order to do a Network Install or Advertise, there must be a prior Administrative installation.
