There was a problem trying to fetch the Service Desk templates to this Server. The integration cannot be accomplished at this time. A common cause of this error is that the Service Desk Service is not running on its machine. Please try again later.

Reason:

The Service Desk templates could not be fetched to this Software Delivery manager. Therefore, the integration between Software Delivery and Service Desk could not be accomplished at this time.

Action:

Check that the Service Desk Server service and Daemon Server are running. Try the integration again. If the error persists, contact Technical Support.
