Reason:
This message appears, for example, if you add an install procedure for an MSI-package, or create a new procedure, or look at the properties of a procedure for an MSI-package.
Action:
This message is followed by a new dialog, Open, where you can browse to the MSI-file before continuing. Select the proper MSI-file and the Add Install Procedures dialog will open.
