Reason:
An error occurred during the OpenSCManager function. See additional information in the output file of the job. The operating system's return code will be entered in the log file, such as 'Can't open SC Manager, error 5'. As a result, the Installer aborts the job.
Action:
Check the services.sxp file, depending on the return code:
5 ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED (The requested access was denied).
87 ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER (A specified parameter is invalid).
1065 ERROR_DATABASE_ DOES_NOT_EXIST (The specified database does not exist).
