Reason:
The product to be installed is not permitted for the operating system on the target computer. As a result, the Installer does not install the product.
Action:
Check #Product# section, Systems entry in the info.sxp file. Refer to the documentation for suitable values. Install a product version that is permitted for the current operating system on the target computer.
