Reason:
The Installer could not create a directory for user specific data. As a result, the Installer cannot process any jobs.
Action:
Check the hard disk and make sure that there is enough memory available. Check the [Directories] section, UserDir entry in the sxpengxx.ini file. By default, the Installer creates a user directory under its installation directory. Make sure that the proper access rights have been assigned.
