Reason:
The Installer could not create the protocol directory, perhaps because of inadequate rights. As a result, the Installer cannot record its jobs.
Action:
Check the path name of the protocol directory specified in the [Protocol] section, Dir entry of the SxpEngxx.ini file. Check the necessary rights.
