The folder cannot be deleted because it is not empty. This behaviour can be changed through the Preferences settings in the Tools menu.

Reason

A folder can only be deleted if it is empty. Select Allow deletion of non-empty folders to make it possible to delete non-empty folders.

Action

Make sure the folder is empty before deleting it, or make sure that Allow deletion of non-empty folders is selected.
