Reason:
A message was sent to the AM Manager requesting information for an object unknown to the AM Manager. One of the two components caches may not be up-to-date.
Action:
Retry the operation. If the problem persists restart your DSM Explorer as a notification message may have been lost due to network problems causing its cache to be corrupt.
