Reason:
The MAC address, subnet mask and IP address of the computer could not be retrieved for the Wake-On-LAN operation.
Action:
Please ensure that the DSM agent on the computer is reporting these values back to the Manager. If the problem persists, please contact CA support quoting the relevant error code.
