Reason:
This error may occur during the linking/unlinking of a domain to an enterprise manager. The remote Manager’s DB Server is unreachable. This may be due to network configuration problems.
Action:
Please check that the remote Manager’s DB Server can be addressed by its fully qualified name from the local Manager where the linking/unlinking is initiated. If the problem persists, please contact CA support quoting the relevant error code.
