Reason:
The DSM common manager experienced a problem while trying to connect to the database.
Check whether the database has run out of connections. Try closing some applications down to see if this is the cause.
Action:
Please ensure that the DSM database is running and available; this may require the database to be restarted. Additionally, you may wish to check the database server name and login credentials. If the problem persists, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
