Reason:
The computer has not registered with the Remote Control manager or is not part of the address books.
Action:
Check that a Remote Control agent is installed on the machine and has registered with the Remote Control manager. The computer is registered with the Remote Control manager when you are able to retrieve the Remote Control connection addresses. Then add the computer to a group that is part of the address books or add the computer’s group to the address books.
