Reason:
The wizard failed to create the Common Configuration Agent component. The operation was aborted. Some operations cannot be performed if the security provider cannot reach the machine it supports (for instance, a primary domain controller).
Action:
Make sure the machine used for security purposes is operable and can be reached.
