Reason:
A DSM component attempted a read or write operation at the DSM common manager but an invalid software category was provided, preventing the operation from being completed.
Action:
Please check the request that was issue, and where possible, please provide an alternative software category. However, if this is unexpected behavior, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
