Action:
Ensure that the Schedule Object Server configuration file has correct protocol and protocol parameter values to connect to the Transfer Object Server.
Ensure that the Transfer Object Server has been started and is ready to accept incoming connections.
Ensure that the file system has adequate free space and/or resources to perform the operation. Try to free system resources by closing any unused applications.
Shut down and restart both Schedule and Transfer Object Servers and retry the operation.
Reboot the local host (and remote host, if necessary) and retry the operation.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
