Action:
Check Point-to-Point protocol (PPP) protocol parameters.
Check Remote Access Service (RAS) configuration.
Shut down and restart the Data Transport Agent on the local host and retry the operation.
Reboot the local host and retry the operation.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
