Reason:
The Data Transport Agent failed to initialize the Point-to-Point protocol (PPP). Transfers using the PPP to or from this Agent will fail.
Action:
Shut down and restart the Data Transport Agent on the local host and retry the operation.
Reboot the local host and retry the operation.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
