Reason:

Action:
Ensure that the configuration file exists.
Ensure that you have adequate permissions to access the data.
Ensure that the file system has adequate free space and/or resources to perform the operation. Try to free up system resources by closing any unused applications.
Shut down and restart the Data Transport Agent on the local host and retry the operation.
Reboot the local host and retry the operation.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
