Reason:
The encryption filters specified for the transfer are available only if both the initiator and the responder in the transfer have installed Advantage Data Transport or another CA solution that supports the filter), in addition to Data Transport Service.

If you still want to use the encryption filters specified in the transfer, ensure that Advantage Data Transport or another CA solution that supports the filter is installed and running on both the initiator and the responder. Then re-send the transfer.
Alternatively, you can edit or re-create the transfer, specifying different encryption filters that do not require another CA solution in addition to Data Transport Service. For details, see the Data Transport Service portion of the CA Reference.
