Reason:
The machine on which the requested operation is to be performed does not have enough memory to execute the operation.
Action:
Try closing any unnecessary windows and applications. Then try the operation again.
If the problem persists, try stopping and restarting the client application that uses Data Transport Service, for example Advantage Data Transport or Software Delivery.
