Reason:
A distribution from the enterprise manager to the areas contains an order to fetch an item that requires read and execute permissions on the root object (own area) of the area to which the order is directed.
The administrator sending the container from the enterprise does not have the required execute permission for this operation.
Action:
Add the SD security permissions needed for the enterprise administrator.
