Reason:

Action:
Check if the correct software item was involved in the restore operation. Determine what happened in the enterprise library between the time the register order and restore order were sent to the area. Was the item deregistered and then another item with the same name and version registered as enterprise?.
Make a virus scan on the software item in the enterprise library to see that the software you are trying to restore is not infected.
