Reason:
"Detected" means that the library item is of type SWD. Because an SWD item is registered but not filed, you cannot use Software Delivery to upgrade it, unless you first install and register it using normal procedures.
The "open" condition applies only to Software Delivery program components. The item was registered locally at the area, but saved as Open.
Action:
Verify that the base version of the item is registered and that the program state is Locked in the area library. Then try the operation again.
