Reason:
This message could appear, for example, when an SD agent, which is connected to its SD manager using internal NOS-less protocol, has downloaded a .zip file but when the SD agent is to unpack the .zip file, this file cannot be found.
Action:
Retry the operation. If the error persists, contact Technical Support.
