Reason:
The system is configured to fail implicit downgrade of SXP packages on any agent. The failed job is dependent on some procedures where a higher version of at least one of these procedures is already installed on the agent. The configuration parameter Software Job evaluation: Fail implicit downgrade of SXP packages (available under the node Control Panel, Configuration, Configuration Policy, policy name, DSM, Software Delivery, Manager) controls this functionality.
Action:
Check the value of the configuration parameter Software Job evaluation: Fail implicit downgrade of SXP packages (available under the node Control Panel, Configuration, Configuration Policy, policy name, DSM, Software Delivery, Manager). If the value of the parameter is set to True and you want to permit the implicit downgrade of SXP packages, set the value to False and retry (create a new job container; do not renew the failed one) the operation.
