FIPS Violation: cannot connect to legacy DTS Agent <%1$s> in FIPS-Only mode.

Reason

DTS running on the domain manager is operating in the FIPS-preferred mode and the DTS agent that it is trying to connect is a legacy version that does not support FIPS-compliant encryption.

Action

Do one for the following:

• Upgrade the peer DTS agent to use FIPS-compliant encryption (Recommended).
• Switch the domain manager to the FIPS-preferred mode to allow the DTS component to operate in the FIPS-preferred mode. For information about switching to a particular mode, refer the CA IT Client Manager Implementation Guide.
