Reason:
In the Security Group dialog of the DSM Explorer, you have tried to get a list of security groups (groups or user accounts) defined on the domain controller or the SD manager. Either the domain controller or the SD manager (enterprise, domain, or scalability server) rejected the request.
Action:
Repeat the operation. The domain controller or the SD manager could be temporarily overloaded.
