Reason:
The current user does not have write permission (class and folder/object) and therefore cannot perform an operation, such as create a library item in a software group (for which no write permission exists).
Action:
Contact your SD security administrator, who should determine if the user's class and folder (or object) permissions should be changed for the super folder to which access was denied.
