Reason:
The current user does not have delete permission (class and folder/object) and therefore cannot perform an operation, such as deleting a folder, or an object or any of its sub items.
Action:
Contact your SD security administrator, who should determine if the user's class and folder (or object) permissions should be changed for the folder/object to which access was denied.
