Reason:
A procedure group was selected, for example, for an unlink operation. When the operation was to take place, the unlinking had already been done (by another DSM Explorer user). Note that the group exists somewhere in the Software Delivery tree.
Action:
Determine the validity of the operation and retry, if appropriate. If the error persists, contact Technical Support.
