Reason:
A job could not be set up to a computer, since the computer was currently being moved. The move could be from one domain manager to another, in which case no active jobs will follow the computer, or from a scalabilty server to another scalability server downstream of the same domain manager, in which case the active jobs will follow the computer.
Action:
Informational only. Wait a while and investigate the situation before trying to set up the job again.
