Reason:
The procedure has been used for activation jobs, and is therefore referred to in the SD job lists or is included in a template group.
Action:
Related jobs must be removed from the job lists, or the template group containing the procedure must be unsealed and the procedure deleted from the assigned jobs folder before the procedure can be removed.
