Reason:
A DSM component attempted to execute a security operation with invalid parameters that could cause your DSM installation to function incorrectly.
Action:
Check if your user record has been deleted by another user. If yes, you can re-create your user record by restarting the client application. If the problem persists, contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
