Reason:
An error occurred while accessing the DSM event logging component. The DSM installation could be damaged. This means that event logging may not function properly and you may not get any event logging messages.
Action:
Repair the DSM software from the Windows Add/Remove Programs feature. If the problem persists, please contact CA Technical Support quoting the relevant error code.
