The Member of Groups folder shows all groups that the current unit (computer/user/computer user, or group) is a member of.
A unit can be a member of several groups, and groups can have members from several areas. Using drag-and-drop joins the unit to other groups; clicking the Configure link opens the Configure Membership window, where you can choose among all the available groups.
