Asset Management Objects in the DSM Explorer

You can view and configure the asset management objects from many places in the DSM Explorer window.

Asset management lets you create and configure the objects at the following levels:

Group Level: Objects created at the group level are automatically linked to the member assets. If you disable or enable an object at the group level, it is enabled or disabled for all the member assets also. Objects disabled at the group level can be enabled only at the group level.
Computer Level: Objects created at the computer level are linked to the respective computers.
User Level: Objects created at the user level are linked to the respective users.
Domain Level: Objects created at the domain level can be linked to any asset or group. At the domain level, you can see all the objects created in the domain including those at the group and asset level.
