Associate Locations to a Company

Associating multiple locations to a company is a recommended best practice to track companies having worldwide offices. For example, you can associate your company with the North America office, Latin America office, Asia Pacific office, European office, and so forth. Location records must exist before you can associate the location with a company.

To associate multiple locations to a company

  1. Click Directory, Company.
  2. Search to find the list of available companies.
  3. Click the company you want to associate with multiple locations.
  4. On the left, click Location Links.
  5. Click Select New to display the list of all available locations.
  6. Select the company locations.
  7. Click Save.

    The company locations are added.
