Define a Model

You define models first in the repository for each asset and product that you want to manage using CA APM. For example, you define Dell Precision Workstation 410 as a model to describe the workstation.

To define a model

1. Click Model, New Model.
2. Enter the model information.
3. Click Save.

   The model is defined.
